  • Prioritize your work. Can readily complete a list of tasks.
  • Adapt readily to changing priorities.
  • Solve complex problems, suggesting solutions under demanding timescales.
  • Attend to detail and maintain consistency in approach.
  • Understand client and Server Side web technologies - know how to resolve integration issues.
  • Ensure that web application security principles are properly used.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers and testers; build strong bonds across the company.
  • Apply the latest testing strategies - including Behavior-Driven Development and Test-Driven Development.
  • Speak and write clearly.

Specifications:

  • Make major technical decisions regarding the build system and its features
  • Be a technical coach for the build and release process - ensure that that developers, QA and IT Ops understand the process
  • Establish and enforce build guidelines
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure that practices used in development fit with build program
  • Deliver needed automation to our Continuous Integration | Continuous Deployment landscape
  • Be cloud-literate - can build test strategies for web application domains.
  • Apply container strategies to solve competing demands for testing activity.
  • Be well-practiced with industry standard and open source tools.
